On February 4th, PeoplewearSF will host a presentation on digital marketing, lead by Leslie Lum, PR Specialist, and Rachel Fischbein, Esq., Founder of Law On The Runway.

Leslie will offer you techniques for digital marketing, including social media, blogging, email marketing, and maintaining relationships online. Rachel Fischbein will present on the legal issues of online marketing, including regulations of native advertising, SPAM laws, required endorsement disclosures, sweepstakes rules, and privacy policies. This event will leave you with an action plan for improving your digital image, and the resources you’ll need to implement your marketing goals

Leslie Lum, a San Francisco native, is a Marketing Influencer who creates promotional opportunities for lifestyle brands, creative entrepreneurs, and talented fashion designers. Her expertise is Word of Mouth Marketing, PR, Media Relations, and Social Media. Prior to launching her consulting business, Leslie’s 15+ year career was a Marketing Executive at the SF Chronicle/ promoting and branding their portfolio of products. She re-launched the Sunday Style section, promoted SFiS publication, Chronicle magazine and created award winning Special Sections in Business Development.




Rachel Fischbein

Rachel Fischbein, Esq. is a California licensed attorney, with a bachelors in fashion marketing. She primarily assists fashion and beauty entrepreneurs as they build the foundations of their companies and navigate contractual relationships. She is published by Women 2.0 and Young, Fabulous, & Self- Employed Magazine. Ms. Fischbein is an active member of the San Francisco Fashion and Merchant Alliance, Digitally Chic, and a registered panel attorney for the California Lawyers for the Arts.



This event will be held at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM) SF campus at 55 Stockton Street in Union Square, from 6pm-8pm. This event is free to PeopleWearSF members, and non-members pay a $25 entry fee.
